Local gameplay data
Campaign progress, settings, achievements, challenge progress, and personal play statistics are stored in the app’s protected local storage. Statistics may include attempts, successes, response times, high scores, streaks, and play time. This information is not transmitted to us.
You can remove local app data by deleting Tiny Gods from your device. There is no server-side Tiny Gods account to delete.
Motion data
Some microgames use device motion for tilt or shake interactions. Motion readings are processed in memory only while the relevant interaction is active. They are not retained or sent to us. Alternative controls are offered where available.
Device permissions
Tiny Gods does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, precise location, or advertising identifier. Audio and haptic feedback are produced locally on the device.
Apple services and diagnostics
Apple handles App Store downloads, updates, and payments under its own privacy terms. Depending on your device settings, Apple may also process crash and diagnostic information and make anonymized or aggregated reports available to developers. We do not receive your complete payment details. See Apple Data & Privacy.
3. This website
When you visit tiny-gods.com, technically necessary connection data may be processed to deliver the page, secure the server, and investigate errors. This may include your IP address, request time, requested file, HTTP status, referrer, browser, and operating system information.
The website is hosted on infrastructure from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The website container does not maintain its own persistent visitor analytics. The legal basis for necessary website processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR—our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website.
The website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising, externally hosted fonts, or social-media embeds.
4. Support email
If you email us, we process your address, message, time of contact, and any information you choose to provide in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to support and general enquiries. Messages are deleted once they are resolved unless legal retention duties require otherwise.
5. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for the future. Contact [email protected].
